EYEMAXX Real Estate AG (General Standard; ISIN DE000A0V9L94) successfully completed a capital increase in the amount of EUR 290.060 to EUR 3.190.702. Through the transaction, the real estate developer generates gross proceeds of EUR 1.609.833. With a group equity of EUR 21.70 EYEMAXX possesses a strong foundation to maintain a profitable growth. The cash inflow shall be used for the expansion of the new business divisions care- and residential properties in Germany and Austria.
