In the Real Estate business area, we arrange real estate transactions throughout Germany. Target companies come from the areas of project developers, builders and real estate companies. We not only arrange bridge, short-term and long-term financing, but also involve mezzanine providers or liability partners in order to complement equity of real estate developers and builders. We place real estate and projects with our investors.
