youmex Invest places corporate cond of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG

SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG has successfully placed a corporate bond with a volume of EUR 10.00 million on the capital market. The company had announced the issue of the corporate bond in the ad hoc disclosure dated 5 March 2015. The corporate bond was subscribed for exclusively by qualified investors in Germany and abroad in a private placement. It has an interest rate of 6.25% p.a. and matures in March 2020. The placement offer has now ended. A follow-up placement or further placement is thus ruled out.

The Executive Board of SNP AG intends to use the net issue proceeds primarily for further non-organic growth.
